Open Mic at Scarboro Music

Scarboro Music recently celebrated a bit of history last month. After all these years, it was almost amazing that the group held their FIRST Open Mic session exclusively for adult students of Scarboro Music. The team was looking to create a relaxed atmosphere in which their students could perform for the first time and, from all angles, it was mission accomplished. Some students chose to go at it solo, while others played a duet with their teacher. The event was a huge success and Scarboro Music intends to run this event semi-annually, with the next one will be held in June. The event was followed by a cocktail reception in which everyone who braved their way onto the stage received kudos for their performances while enjoying a little downtime with friends and family.
