Southern Ontario News Association Bonspiel

The Southern Ontario News Association hosted a bonspiel, an annual one-day curling competition open to members of the media, at the Royal Canadian Curling Club at the end of March. Curlers enjoyed an eventful day out on the rink, as well as a few pints off the rink, hamming it up with friends and competitors throughout the day. At least one team member for each team must or have worked for either newspaper, television, radio, magazine, publishing, printing, public relations or other media to partake in the event, which featured 24 open teams on two draws.

The Royal Canadian Curling Club is located at 131 Broadview Ave.
