BOOST Charity Event

Families were encouraged to stop by the Arts Market for an assortment of free, fun activities in the wonderfully creative atmosphere of the Market on April 1. The exciting day of entertainment featured kids games, story times, as well as an On the Off Beat performance. The neighbourhood pulled together to create two giant loot bags for raffle, which contained gift certificates and items provided by the Arts Market vendors. All proceed from the event went to support BOOST, a non-profit, community based-organization that provides programs and services for children, youth and their families after abuse or violence has occurred.
