18th Annual Beaches Sno-Pitch Tournament

On Feb. 25, residents in the Beach amassed on the baseball diamond behind Glen Ames Public School with their bats and gloves to raise money for the Children’s Wish Foundation at the 18th Annual Beaches Sno-Pitch Tournament. Although there was no snow on the field, close to a dozen teams competed in the one-day tournament, battling it out for the championship trophy. The spirited day of baseball was relished by all in attendance, as spectators cheered on the teams from the sidelines until the very end!
