Little Free Library in the Beach
The first Little Free Library in Canada opened on December 3 in the Beach at the home of Carolyn Swadron and Bill Wrigley at 304 Lee Avenue. Friends, family and neighbours attended the ribbon cutting ceremony, congratulating Carolyn and Bill at the grand opening. Little Free Libraries allows citizens to make books readily available to neighbourhood communities free of charge.
