IAMGOLD Donates $200,000 to TEGH

On June 15, IAMGOLD staff and colleagues of Larry Phillips gathered to celebrate his years of service as he prepares for his retirement. To Phillips’ surprise, IAMGOLD presented his favourite charity, Toronto East General Hospital, where he serves as a Board Member and as a Past Chair, with a generous charitable donation of $200,000. This gift will result in the naming of a recovery room area in the proposed new Patient Care Centre, which is part of TEGH's $210M capital expansion project. The TEGH Foundation is raising $60M in private sector funding and has raised over $40M to date.
