Eyeing down her audience after a captivating solo performance

The Dance Theatre Studio Showcase

Talented dancers of all ages performed live on stage at Monarch Park Collegiate, dazzling the packed house with vibrant routines inside the school’s auditorium at the 2011 Toronto Dance Theatre Showcase (TDTS). Stacey-Lea Marhue, TDTS owner and choreographer, lit up with glee along with the dozens of families in attendance, as the cast of dancers performed in front of the spotlight after months of practice and hard work. It was worth the wait for dancers, though, as the crowd erupted into applause after each performance, acknowledging the studio and students’ efforts at this year’s showcase.
