Sometimes it's up and sometimes it's down. The Housing Market of course. And who is keeping track? The agents working on our behalf. The recent open seminar at RBC on Kingston Road provided information about trends in our neighbourhood for 2010. Continuing low interest rates, more cautious lending strategies by the banks, as well as concerns over the coming HST and new buyers guidelines were discussed in depth. As always, Canada’s active and changing housing market made for an interesting and lively discussion with special emphasis on our neighbourhood.
