GTA Rollergirls
Elbows dug and shoulders rubbed as bodies collided in the heart of the roller derby flat track at “Thunderstruck,” an authentic all girls roller derby – featuring the Derby Debutantes battle it out against Tri-City Thunder. Hosted at Ted Reeve Arena, spectators eagerly took their seats, waiting anxiously for a bruiser of a match up between the two- featured clubs.
The hopeful “no holds bar” physical bash didn’t disappoint either as both teams immediately kicked it into full gear at the start. Players ruggedly banged and struggled with opposing players, trying to clear paths along the track for their teammates in an attempt to out score the other team.
The highly entertaining display of toughness and determination went noticed by both teams. After the game both teams lined up out of mutual respect and congratulated each other on a game well played.
