2008 May > Balmy Beach Club Hockey Finals at Ted Reeve

Spectators of all ages turned out to see the final game of the Balmy Beach Club Hockey Season at Ted Reeve and kiss hockey good bye for another year. The snack bar was jumping with fans getting ready to cheer on their favourite players and the stands were alive with kids waiting to cheer on their fathers. The game was pretty close for the first two periods but eventually the Greens pulled away and won with a convincing 5 - 0 final score and a well-earned shut out. It was standing room only in the dressing rooms after the game but the players were finally left alone by families and fans to celebrate and enjoy one last night of post-game chatter for the season.
