2008 May > David Miller's 20 Minute Clean Up

April is the time to put the clean back into the Glen Stewart Ravine. And the St. John's Youth Group was up to David Miller's 20 Minute Clean Up Challenge. It was a shame to see how much waste has shown up in Glen Stewart Ravine since the clean up last year, however, there is hope, this year the St. John's Youth Group single handedly made the effort to collect the garbage that was strewn throughout the ravine. The Youth Group worked their way through the steep hilly terrain in search of discarded items our society produces on a daily basis. Hats off to the St. John's Youth Group for a job well done. Every little effort will add up to positive results in the future but let's make sure we get out as a community and pitch in in 2009 - mark it on your calendar :)
