2008 May > Guy Gavriel Kay in person
Beaches Library celebrated National Poetry Month with a reading from bestselling fantasy author Guy Gavriel Kay’s brand-new, first-ever poetry collection!
Many fans turned out to hear Kay read, not only his poetry but also exerpts from his latest novel, Ysabel, a fantastic adventure set in contemporary France in which two teenagers become dangerously entangled in a love triangle among mythic figures from the distant past.
Guy Kavriel Kay's reading was set against the colourful backdrop of children's art which somehow seemed the perfect setting for a writer with so much imagination.
