Over 400 invitations were sent to neighbours in the Fallingbrook Rd. area, where residents had the opportunity to check out the beautiful new listing at 106 Fallingbrook Rd.

Hosted by Jim and Semone Duerr of Re/Max Hallmark, the couple alongside business partner - Gold Holtam and architect - David Cox, presented the charmingly stunning newly renovated home to the public. Guests afterwards led themselves on a tour of the three-story home, quickly discovering the additions and perks featured in the spacious home. After making their final rounds, guests conversed with their hosts joining them in a cheese and wine tasting.
