The Art of Cooking at the Art of Cheese
Guests quickly huddled around the open kitchen as international chef, Carlos Fuenmayor put the finishing touches on his Ostra fresca y frita (fried and fresh oysters) dish at the Art of Cheese's cooking extravaganza. An intimate and interactive evening encourages guests to ask questions, share insights and even lend a hand at times. Class sizes is limited to a maximum of 14 people, guaranteeing each guest will be able to enjoy the class to its fullest.
This particular class led by the versatile chef Fuenmayor featured dishes from South and Central America, and Spain, the primary culinary influence on Latino Food. The comedic chef had guests in stitches with his stories, but it was all business when it came to serving his mouthwatering dishes.
